HAPPY NEW YEAR!  2017 is bringing a spectacular display of God’s Glory!

2nd Annual Resurrection Celebration for Women ~April 29th 2017

Saturday, April 29, 2017 ~ You are lovingly invited to the Bridgeport Conference Center, Bridgeport, WV to  ‘COME and SEE the MAN’ who met the Woman at the Well.

Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?”~ John 4:29 NIV

This RESURRECTION CELEBRATION FOR WOMEN is the second annual outpouring of the WV Ripple Effect.  We are ecstatic to bring everyone back together to share and worship the Lord!   If you are new to our conference, read on.  Last year, this event sold out before March 15th, and that was our first conference ever!  If you plan to come, register right away.

The People:

We are daughters of the King coming together from various Christian churches with a vision for the whole and healed body of Christ. Our gathering mission is the preparation of the unified body of Christ, to be His expectant bride, and usher in His soon and coming return. Our purpose is always centering on Jesus Christ and flowing outward to impact the world for His glory by spreading the word of truth. Last year, we welcomed over 400 women from 96 different churches across all denominations and 9 different states, in unity for Jesus Christ.

The Purpose:

God has a special purpose for you, and this day is a step on the path in that purpose; a key refueling station for your mission, a point of reflection and meditation, a refilling and a pouring out of worship for your Father. We pray your faith will be encouraged, your identity in Christ strengthened, and your mission in the greater body, clarified.

God clearly desires His body to come together without divisions, without concern for denominations or styles of worship. He simply wants your whole heart desiring to be filled with Him.

The Prayer:  We thank God for appointing this day and all who have committed to the vision for it. First, and always, we acknowledge and adore the Holy Spirit for His presence in our lives and for calling us together for a time such as this. If it were not for His faithfulness, this time would not have been spoken into existence.  He, with our perfect loving Father, and beautiful Savior, Jesus; all in ONE, our reason for everything we do.

April 29th, ‘Come See This Man’ Jesus, and in unity, let us be the whole and healed body of Christ, so that we may go out better equipped to share the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with the world.

Pat and Nayomi say, ‘SEE YOU THERE!’  (Seriously, who is more fun than these ladies?)

A Torrential Flood of Provision! God’s Answer to His People.

My heart is grieving for those who have suffered unimaginable loss in the southern part of our state of West Virginia.  Yet, God, even in the midst of suffering and loss ALWAYS has our answer.  He is the GREAT I AM who answers every need personally, HIMSELF.  Beyond our ability to conceive, He is able and He is faithful, even as we are neither of these.

My dear lifelong friend and spiritual little sister, Julie Price, shared a word this very morning where the Lord spoke a word to her of FLOODS of His Presence, like a ‘tsunami’ and about His POURING and POURING out, through FLOODGATES, and as I read it, I winced at the natural flooding in the seen and the damage of the extensive floods here in West Virginia.

And, as I continued to pray, He immediately spoke this word of TORRENTIAL FLOODS of HIS PROVISION!  THIS is HIS answer to the natural of everything!  He responds in kind, but with His overpowering GOODNESS and RESTORATION for what the enemy has tried to steal, kill, and destroy!

The people in the southern part of the state of West Virginia have been nationally noticed as God has been pouring out His Holy Spirit on us.  As the enemy would like to come in like a flood and destroy that HOPE, God’s answer is NO.  These trials and this devastation that the enemy meant for harm, God WILL be faithful to turn for your GOOD!

…and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.
~Isaiah 61:3  (NIV)

He gives HOPE for DESPAIR!  We clothe ourselves in praise and He makes us for His glory.

This is the word of the Lord as He spoke it to me this morning:

I AM unleashing a flood of torrential proportions of PROVISION of ALL KINDS!

DEBT PAID.  No more taxing and wearying My people.

CLAIMS of DEBT are being CANCELLED – NO MORE is owed on this note!

The expectancy of a thing IS its realization in the unseen, and so it may become seen in the natural.  Provision over ALL things.

THIS you can count on – that MY WORD is GOOD – My PROMISSORY NOTE IS SURETY.

I looked up the definition of a Promissory Note – (this one is from the Business Dictionary online)  “Written, signed, unconditional, and unsecured promise by one party (the maker or promisor) to another (the payee or promisee) that commits the maker to pay a specified sum on demand, or on a fixed or a determinable date.”

This gets even sweeter…

The Lord then led me to look up the definition for SURETY and I find this explanation of a Surety Bond at (surety  “A three-party agreement that legally binds together a principal who needs the bond, an obligee who requires the bond and a surety company that sells the bond. The bond guarantees the principal will act in accordance with certain laws. If the principal fails to perform in this manner, the bond will cover resulting damages or losses.

Now get this,  (my disclaimer of any personal knowledge of finance and financial terms, i.e. ‘not my thing’ and so understand this is not the normal substance of my conversations- witness, my sweet husband), here the Lord says to me that He is ALL of these!

UNDERSTAND this explanation of the Surety Bond-

GOD the FATHER is the obligee, the one who requires the bond; GOD the SON in JESUS is the principal who acts in accordance with the laws (of God- requiring SACRIFICE- acting on our behalf), and the surety, GOD the HOLY SPIRIT, as in ‘surety company’ –  ‘sells the bond’ or GUARANTEES the PRINCIPAL will act in accordance with these certain laws.

The Holy Spirit finally said on this matter,

The CREATION of this BOND is your CERTAINTY that I will perform My WORD to you.

Does the word not say that the Holy Spirit is the PROMISE of things to come?  Did Jesus not say that he had to go so that the Holy Spirit would come?  Is this not the work of the TRIUNE GOD?

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counsellor to be with you for ever – the Spirit of truth . . . he lives with you and will be in you.” ~ John 14:16-17

Unless I go away, the Counsellor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.”   ~John 17:7

When the Counsellor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me. And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning.”  ~ John15:26-27

The Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you.” ~ John16:15

The time for His provision is NOW.  He is already supplying and indeed, did supply IN ADVANCE for this time.  He has been speaking to me about an ‘Expectant people’  and word after word about the power of our ‘Expectancy’.  These all fit together and if we can go to Him for our answers, He will be faithful to reassure us of His doing.

EXPECT GOD’S HAND of PROVISION. (Look for more on this in my next posting).

With love & belief, Jill

UMC Women Celebrate in God’s Delight

God’s Delights is the newest addition to the Bridgeport United Methodist Church, offering women both of the church and the community a chance for Bible study and fellowship.

Based on the scripture “His delight is in her” from Isaiah 62:4, God’s Delights started last October, inspired by a “She Speaks” conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

“While I was there, I felt a prompting of the Holy Spirit to come back and start a Bible study here,” Jill Steele said. “I felt like it was connected to the church, but I knew it was something that I needed to do.”

After speaking with the Rev. Dr. Ken Ramsey, God’s Delights was off to a great start.

“We put up a sign-up sheet, and the first Bible study we had 52 women sign up,” Steele said. “There was a need, and there was a hunger for that sharing and time together and learning the word together.”

Despite a large group, God’s Delights is a close group of women.
