Holy Spirit is speaking to me very specifically about the power of the Blood of Jesus. I have had three distinct visions in the last several weeks focused on the POWER of the Blood of Christ and a word of revelation this morning verifying more His strong desire for His warriors to be properly fit for battle with this ultimate weapon of spiritual warfare. This is an important word for many warriors.

The first vision came to me as I attended the Gospel Coalition Women’s Conference in Indianapolis in June. It was deeply personal and moving, but I sense it is also to share with the body for understanding of your individual identity in Christ. It came to me in the course of one of the teaching sessions and took me quite by surprise.

In this vision, I was a little girl in an old fashioned bathtub and Jesus was scrubbing me with a scrub brush, washing me in the blood. I realized He was smiling and joyfully, gently scrubbing me all over. Every time He dipped the scrub brush into the tub, He came up with blood and as He scrubbed me, my skin became bright white! It was a wonderful vision and we were both smiling and happy!

The scrub brush was significant as He showed me that the Power of His Blood does more than just wash over us; it goes DEEP into our cells and does DEEP work and restoration. This is essential understanding for the individual who has received Christ. There is MORE to the shed blood of Christ than we can fathom. We need revelation of this continually.

In the second vision, I had been praying for a friend who was in a dire situation in court who had been wrongfully accused. As I prayed, I saw my friend in the court room, and as I looked, the Blood began to ooze and flow over the walls of the courtroom. It covered the walls. The wonderful thing here is that I spoke with another friend who had been praying the same morning, and she was pleading the blood of Jesus over the courtroom; and swiping the door in the spirit as she prayed.

Holy Spirit is so good to show us how our prayers collide! This vision gave great affirmation of the power of pleading the Blood of Christ over situations as we are aligned with God’s will in this always. Our friend was found Not Guilty.

The third vision came in between waking and sleeping. I saw the Arm of God swinging a Hammer to hit a Chain that was against a Rock. This was very vivid and I could hear the sound of the hammer hitting the chain with each strike. He struck it several times, then He stopped and I saw Him APPLY BLOOD to the Chain where He had been striking. He hit it ONCE more and it BROKE instantly.

I believe the Hammer of the Word and the Blood of Christ are keys of understanding in this vision. Even the Chain being against the Rock seemed to represent the bondage that comes between us and the Lord that He wants us to be freed from completely.

This morning, I received a strong word and it was also pertaining to the Blood of Christ. He began by saying,

PROVISIONS. Provisions of all kinds to you. Farther and nearer you may go, back and forth, but My Blood captures and covers you in the movement with precision and accuracy. This is your PROVISION. MY BLOOD. MY OVERCOMING POWER. There is nothing else like it in the world and it is certain in its power over death and everything that comes into contact with it.

First, APPLY the BLOOD. Apply it to every situation as you pray, for this is your PROVISION and PROTECTION. Then, SEAL it over and around the situation so that the blood remains as the covering over all. Third, Hold onto the IMAGE of the BLOOD covering you always, splashing down and raining, even pouring over you and your situation. Always~ Maintain the BLOOD to others as awareness for forgiveness of sins and resurrection of the body. THIS is its POWER.

DO NOT SLIGHT IT, but SING it LOUD and CLEAR to all who will hear! Without the Blood of Christ, you can do NOTHING! He gave His very blood because you needed it! MORE than a Blood Donor for a needed TRANSFUSION! YES! REPLACING your old life with the NEW one!

This KEY is your secret weapon. Wherever you go – APPLY the Blood- SEAL it over you- and REMAIN AWARE of its power over you and all you touch. Apply the BLOOD frequently as you anoint others with oil, also cover them with this BLOOD OF MINE.

These verses are additionally given to confirm His word to us.

“War broke out in Heaven. Michael and his Angels fought the Dragon. The Dragon and his Angels fought back, but were no match for Michael. They were cleared out of Heaven, not a sign of them left. The great Dragon—ancient Serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, the one who led the whole earth astray—thrown out, and all his Angels thrown out with him, thrown down to earth. Then I heard a strong voice out of Heaven saying,

Salvation and power are established!
Kingdom of our God, authority of his Messiah!
The Accuser of our brothers and sisters thrown out,
who accused them day and night before God.
They defeated him through the blood of the Lamb
and the bold word of their witness.
They weren’t in love with themselves;
they were willing to die for Christ.
So rejoice, O Heavens, and all who live there,
but doom to earth and sea,
For the Devil’s come down on you with both feet;
he’s had a great fall;
He’s wild and raging with anger;
he hasn’t much time and he knows it.” ~Revelation 12:7-12 (The Message)
