This was a dream and word the Lord gave me in early 2015 when I first began to have more ‘God dreams’. I feel the prompting of the Holy Spirit to share this now. As I am currently preparing to publish a fresh word from earlier this week, I believe this word of AWAKENING is meant to introduce it. I’m posting with the original featured image of my sweet granddaughter and knowing this complete trust like a child is truly what we need to receive what is coming.

Watch for the next post (coming tomorrow) Jesus Christ is Coming to Town!

Here is the reposted dream and word.

First, I will tell you I do not often remember dreams. I have had a few that will not leave me and even fewer that I know with certainty have come from God.

This dream is one of those that has definitely come from God.

You may be aware that in places throughout the Bible, God has spoken to various people through dreams.

You may or may not believe in dreams for today.

I am not interested in trying to convince you of anything, but I am always ready to share what I have been given.

Initially, I was unsure about the exact meaning of this particular dream. It seemed to have a somewhat obvious message on the surface, but I continued to pray for understanding. It has finally returned to me again and with much clarity of its meaning. (FINALLY!)

Since it still will not leave me, I am sharing here in hopes that God will speak to you and give me a little break from it!

I believe it must be for others, as well as for me.

My prayer is only to glorify Him and that you will receive whatever God has for you. My soul longs always to know Him and to make Him known.

The Writing On the Wall

In my dream, there was a child who had written on a wall behind her.  On the ground all around her were many broken crayons.  She turned and looked at me with such a sad and frightened expression, I can see it clearly even now.  I saw the words she wrote on the wall, ” Nyuri, Nyuri,” words I did not know, yet I spoke them aloud in the dream.  Then, I spoke to the child with love, “Aww. You’ve done something you shouldn’t have, haven’t you?”  She looked down in shame, nodded her head, and ran straight into my arms.  I picked her up and held her in comfort.  I looked at the words again and said, “It’s the writing on the wall.”

As I searched the word, Nyuri, I found a couple of references that explained it as a Korean word meaning “the world”. (Mind officially blown!) How does a Korean word get into my dreams?  Seriously. I don’t know the first thing about anything Korean. I searched further and found again, the word, nyuri, in Indonesian meaning “stealing or thievery”.(No, I don’t know Indonesian, either!)  Of course, I also found that the term ‘the writing on the wall’ originated in the book of Daniel with the King’s dream of a hand that was writing a message on a wall. Although I knew about this, I am sure I needed the understanding that this was the origin of the phrase, and that it was a thing of God from its beginning.

Pondering these,I waited and prayed telling God, “If you want me to understand all of this, then you are going to have to cause me to understand!” I could not shake the vision of the dream from my memory. It has stayed with me and I have felt it, as though it had actually happened. It was INTENSE.

Faithful God that He is, He recently spoke to me about the dream in this very specific word.

The child is the world and its innocence is gone. It is a sad world, who have all gone after their own way, returning empty, like a sad child. Return to me and I will give you the things you thought were not for you! Click To TweetI will bind up your wounds and your brokenness and I will comfort. I will restore to you all you have lost, all the enemy has stolen from you, if you will only return to me with all your hearts of brokenness. For I am your loving Father, full of loving kindness for my children.

Praise God that He desires us! He cares to receive us and give us comfort no matter how far we have gone from Him in our ways!

Following this, He has since given me rest from the dream, but an urgency to share it. The Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth, has uncovered some scriptures for me that put the final pieces of this little puzzle together for my own understanding. This share from John 14 took my breath away when He revealed it to me for purposes of confirming the meaning of this dream.

From (The Message) The Spirit of Truth~ From John 14~

“If you love me, show it by doing what I’ve told you. I will talk to the Father, and he’ll provide you another Friend so that you will always have someone with you. This Friend is the Spirit of Truth. The godless world can’t take him in because it doesn’t have eyes to see him, doesn’t know what to look for. But you know him already because he has been staying with you, and will even be in you!

“I will not leave you orphaned. I’m coming back. In just a little while the world will no longer see me, but you’re going to see me because I am alive and you’re about to come alive. At that moment you will know absolutely that I’m in my Father, and you’re in me, and I’m in you.

“The person who knows my commandments and keeps them, that’s who loves me. And the person who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and make myself plain to him.”

Judas (not Iscariot) said, “Master, why is it that you are about to make yourself plain to us but not to the world?”

“Because a loveless world,” said Jesus, “is a sightless world. If anyone loves me, he will carefully keep my word and my Father will love him—we’ll move right into the neighborhood! Not loving me means not keeping my words. The message you are hearing isn’t mine. It’s the message of the Father who sent me.
“I’m telling you these things while I’m still living with you. The Friend, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send at my request, will make everything plain to you. He will remind you of all the things I have told you. I’m leaving you well and whole. That’s my parting gift to you. Peace. I don’t leave you the way you’re used to being left— feeling abandoned, bereft. So don’t be upset. Don’t be distraught.

You’ve heard me tell you, ‘I’m going away, and I’m coming back.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I’m on my way to the Father because the Father is the goal and purpose of my life.

“I’ve told you this ahead of time, before it happens, so that when it does happen, the confirmation will deepen your belief in me. I’ll not be talking with you much more like this because the chief of this godless world is about to attack. But don’t worry—he has nothing on me, no claim on me. But so the world might know how thoroughly I love the Father, I am carrying out my Father’s instructions right down to the last detail. “Get up. Let’s go. It’s time to leave here.” ~ John 14:15-31

God is speaking to us now. I added the bold emphasis on the scripture above in hopes you will clearly see what I have seen. In this discussion about the world from Jesus and to the disciples just before He left them, He offers strong words of comfort, reassurance, peace, and love.

Read it again! He is reminding us even now! “It is the message of the Father who sent me.”

He tells us with no hesitation that the world is a loveless, sightless place! And He Himself has overcome the world for us! There can be no greater love and assurance than that.

Further, I have received to share this, that we stay in the Light of Christ, and out of the darkness of the world.

 Our admonition~
“Determine which things please the Lord. Have nothing to do with the useless works that darkness produces. Instead, expose them for what they are.  It is shameful to talk about what some people do in secret.  Light exposes the true character of everything because light makes everything easy to see. That’s why it says: “Wake up, sleeper! Rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”  ~ Ephesians 5:10-14  (GW)

Above all things, remembering this; All He does is from His perfect, unconditional, unfailing love for us, so that we can be with Him forever!

Our comfort~

“He is like a father to us, tender and sympathetic to those who reverence him. For he knows we are but dust and that our days are few and brief, like grass, like flowers, blown by the wind and gone forever. But the loving-kindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting to those who reverence him; his salvation is to children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant and remember to obey him! The Lord has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything there is.”  ~ Psalm 103:13-19 Living Bible (TLB)

(I don’t know about you, but I feel better now.)

With love & belief, Jill
